KHA Powderhorn Ranch 2026: Registration Form
Dates: August 9–15, 2026
Location: Powderhorn Ranch, Douglas, WY
Thanks for your interest in joining Keystone High Adventure for a week at Powderhorn Ranch! This form will reserve your spot and help us begin planning lodging, activities, and group details.
Trip Cost: $1,200 per person
-Includes: lodging, meals, guided ranch activities, and on-site programming.
-Does not include: travel to/from the ranch, optional fly-fishing, and optional shooting-range activities.
-Deposit: $600 per person (required to hold your spot; full payment not due at this time)
Capacity
We have space for approximately 40 participants, plus 4 rustic campsites. Families are welcome (parents supervise their own children).
Trip Overview
During the week, guests will enjoy horseback riding (beginner–advanced), hiking, fishing, a swimming hole, roping lessons, ranch demonstrations, evening entertainment, great meals, and optional shooting/fly-fishing experiences.
We will also share simple daily devotions, optional men’s/women’s breakout conversations, worship moments, and unhurried spiritual reflection together.
Travel Options (for Your Planning)
The options below are simply to help you estimate time and cost.
Each participant is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the ranch.
Driving:
-Grand Rapids → Ranch: ~18 hours
-Estimated fuel cost: ~$175 each way
Flying:
-GRR → Casper, WY (United): ~$475–$575, 1–2 layovers + 1.5-hr drive
-GRR → Denver (American/Delta): ~$450–$500, 0–1 stop + 4-hr drive
Frontier may release additional low-cost options later.
Shuttle: Powderhorn offers $50/person transportation from Casper Airport
