We believe care happens best in community. At Keystone, we want to walk with you through life’s challenges with compassion, dignity, and encouragement. This form is one way to let our Care Team know how we can come alongside you.

Requests may include practical support such as meals or transportation, relational support through pastoral care or mentorship, or help navigating a financial crisis.

Please Note on Financial Assistance: Direct financial assistance is available only to current Keystone attendees. For the wider West Michigan community, Keystone invests in local organizations through funding and volunteer partnerships. If you do not attend Keystone, you can find local resources by dialing 2-1-1.
